Project Overview:

Comprehensive operation and maintenance (O&M) services for the central heating facilities at the Oyu Tolgoi mine site, including:

• Heating Plant: 130MW capacity (utilizing 4 x 29MW and 2 x 7MW CFB Boilers).
• Heating Distribution System (HDS): Management of the full distribution network.
• Maintenance Services: All underground buried water utility pipelines.

Key Achievements:

• Reliability: Successfully maintaining 24/7 continuous operations.
• Asset Integrity: Full-scope maintenance of all buried water pipelines, valves, and valve pits at mine site.
• Long-term Performance: Following initial pre-commissioning and commissioning support (2011–2012), our onsite team has delivered over 14 years of uninterrupted O&M services without a major plant process stoppage.

• Completed: Full overhaul of two (2) 29MW CFB Boilers, two (2) 7MW CFB Boilers

• Heating Surface Replacement: Managed the complete demolition and rebuild installation of all boiler heating surfaces including refractory liners.
• Local Expertise: Executed complex refractory liner works utilizing a 100% national workforce demonstrating high-level domestic technical capability.
• Quality Assurance: Full testing and commissioning to ensure operational efficiency post-overhaul.

Project Overview:

Specialized inspection and maintenance services to ensure the integrity and safety of high-pressure systems across the mine site.

• Regulatory Inspections: Conducting scheduled inspections of pressure vessels, relief devices and pressurized piping networks.
• Maintenance & Repair: Performing critical repairs and component replacements to maintain system compliance.
• Safety Device Management: Routine calibration and testing of pressure relief devices to ensure 100% functional reliability.

Key Features:

• Specialized Facility: Our onsite team operates a fully equipped, climate-controlled test bench specifically designed for the precise calibration and certification of pressure relief valves.
• Compliance Standards: All work is performed in accordance with international safety codes and site-specific pressure safety management standards as well as local compliance standards.

Project Overview:

Engineering, Procurement, Fabrication, and Construction of a New Open-Pit Mine Control Center Office Building:

• Two Blocks with a 1,566 m² Total Footprint, Permanent Facility Designed for Uninterrupted Control and Dispatch Operations.
• Turn-Key EPC Scope (including State commissioning)
• Starting from a concept design sketch in October 2025, our project team collaborated closely with the client’s team to compress the project delivery schedule.
• The requirement to complete these facilities in a short timeframe challenged the team to manage the following EPC aspects concurrently:
• Designed all aspects of the building including main envelope (core & shell), utilities, and interior finishes using modular prefabricated building technology.
• Procurement of all building materials fast-tracked alongside detailed design phases.
• Fabrication of all 87 building modules at our Khanbogd Workshop closely located to the mine site, including the subsequent delivery and erection of all modules at the OT site. Fabricating the building modules near the project site contributed toward overall cost efficiency of the building as well as shorter lead time for overall project delivery.
• Construction: Most of the onsite construction activities took place during winter months in extremely cold weather - demonstrated the advantage of utilizing the prefabricated modular building technology.

Key Achievements:

• Prefabricated modular building method significantly reduced risks around schedule, quality, cost, and weather.
• Rapid Project Delivery: The overall project was executed in seven (7) months, including state commissioning and handover.
• Local Content: Fabricated and constructed in Khanbogd, Umnugobi. Collaborated with local suppliers for support services.
